Treatsbox’s candy box subscription service ships candy and a huge variety of treats straight to your door.

As a Treatsbox member, you are charged monthly on the date you signed up. Treatsbox subscriptions ship on the 5th of each month! Our monthly cut-off date for subscription orders is the first of each month.

For example: If you place your order any time between March 2nd to March 31st, your box will ship April 5th.

The candy in a Treatsbox subscription changes every month, so every box is a sweet surprise! We offer three different subscription sizes to choose from:

Regular $24.99, Epic $44.99, and Colossal $59.99 CAD.

Our subscriptions automatically renew every month with no long-term contracts and you can cancel at any time.

NOTE: The QUANTITY is the amount of subscriptions you would like to purchase, NOT the length of the subscription, ie. 3 months.

What will I get in my Treatsbox?

Every month, we’ll send candies and treats in variety of chocolate, salty snacks, gum, hard candy, and lollipops. Our regular box contains eight to ten items. Epics contain 18-22 items and our colossal box contains 30-34 items.

Our Wonka Treatsbox contains candy exclusively created by Wonka. Our Retro Treatsbox contains old time retro candy. Our Chocolate box contains chocolate bars and other chocolate flavoured items. Our sour box comes packed with an assortment of sour candy that will make you pucker up. Finally, our Original box is filled with a mix of everything: chocolate, sour, retro etc.

Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Yes! Just enter the person’s name and mailing address in the shipping details and we will send your subscription as a gift. You can even add a personalized note which we will include in the box.

How much is it?

It depends on the size! Our regular-sized box is $25.00. Our epic-sized box is $38.00, and our Colossal sized box is $55.00.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Our subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Just log into your account and click the cancel button.

When will my box ship?

We send our Treatsbox subscriptions out on the 5th of every month. Our cut-off date for subscription orders is the first of each month if you wish to receive your subscription within that month. Canadian customers, please allow up to 5-7 days from the time the order ships. We will provide our customers with tracking numbers once the box ships. United States customers, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Where do you ship?

We only ship to Canada and the United States.

Allergy Information

We cannot guarantee our products to be allergen free. If you do have allergies, please read the ingredients carefully. If you are unsure if a product contains allergens, we recommend you do not eat that product. Treatsboxes may have snacks in them that contain gluten, wheat, peanuts, and other common food allergens. Treatsbox will not be held responsible for any allergy-related incidents with our products.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping rates are on average $8-12 per box in Canada, but can vary based on your location. The exact shipping amount will show on the checkout page once an address is entered.

Our Epic and Colossal Treatsboxes only cost approximately 10% more to ship that our Regular sized Treatsbox which is a great value.

All of our deliveries are sent via Canada Post. A tracking number will be issued once the box has been sent.
